Hydrocinnamic Acid Lactone, usually referred to as hexahydrocoumarin or its derivatives, is a lactone compound with a sweet, coconut milk and caramel aroma. It has stable chemical properties and a mild aroma, and is widely used in food flavors, daily chemical flavors and functional products.
