Jasmone is a class of terpene compounds with jasmine fragrance characteristics, mainly including α-jasmone (cis-Jasmone) and dihydrojasmone (Dihydrojasmone). They are widely present in natural jasmine essential oils, but can be mass-produced through chemical synthesis. They are important floral fragrance components in the flavor and fragrance industry.


I. Fragrance description


Fresh and sweet floral fragrance: mainly jasmine fragrance, with green, fruity and slightly tea-flavored aftertaste.


Natural feeling: Compared with synthetic jasmine fragrance (such as jasminaldehyde), the fragrance is closer to natural jasmine and has no irritating chemical feeling.


Diffusion: The fragrance is light and elegant, suitable for blending fresh floral fragrances.

1. Perfume and high-end fragrance

Used in jasmine, white flowers (such as gardenia, tuberose), and tea-flavored perfumes as the main fragrance or decorative fragrance.

Complex fragrance blending


Matched with rose, lily of the valley, and orange blossom oil to enhance the layering of floral fragrance;
