1. Food industry:


Thickener: Increase the viscosity of food and improve the taste. Commonly used in sauces, salad dressings, jams, jellies, puddings, soups, canned foods, instant noodle soups, etc.

Stabilizer/suspending agent: Prevent food ingredients from stratifying or settling and maintain uniformity. Suspend pulp or cocoa particles in juices, milk drinks, protein drinks, and chocolate milk; prevent ice crystal growth and whey precipitation in ice cream.

Water-holding agent/water-retaining agent: Improve the water holding capacity of food and prevent dehydration and drying. Used in baked foods (bread, cakes) to extend the shelf life and keep them soft; in meat products (such as sausages and hams), improve texture and reduce cooking losses.

Film former: forms a thin film on the surface of fruits to preserve freshness (such as coating preservation of citrus fruits).

Binder: used as a molding binder in pet food and feed.

Fat substitute/simulated taste: provides a smooth taste similar to fat in some low-fat foods.


2. Daily chemical products:


Toothpaste: one of the most important applications. 3. Oil drilling:


Drilling fluid additive: It is one of the key components of water-based drilling fluid.
